Our Lutheran Living Communities offer so much more than just a place for seniors to live, we offer a place for each individual entrusted to our care to thrive! Throughout our campuses you will find many amenities that go above and beyond long term care requirements. Our goal is to enable our residents, tenants, and clients to be fulfilled spiritually, physically, and mentally.
Beauty Shop
Our Beauty Shops were designed so that each of our residents can get their hair done without having to leave the comfort of their home. Families are always welcome to use our beauty facilities to style their loved one’s hair.
Beauticians are also available and come to our facilities on a weekly schedule.
Outdoor Gardens
At the Lutheran Living Communities we understand the importance of fresh air and nature. When the weather is nice, we want our residents to enjoy the outdoors. Lutheran Living Communities-Davenport Campus boasts two beautiful courtyards. The main courtyard and the special care unit courtyard are enjoyed during the spring, summer, and fall.
Two of the gardens at the Vinton Campus include a vegetable plot and a flower bed. Staff and residents enjoy working in these areas. The fruits, vegetables and herbs are often used in menu entrees for the enjoyment of our residents and tenants.
